Items sold at : $00.01-$500 receive 50% credit and 40% in a check $500.01+ receive 60% credit and 50% in a check Store Credit Check Pricing Gear Again reserves the right to determine the sale price of all accepted items. Your price suggestions are valuable to us. If the price of the item is more than 20% less than your suggested price, we will call you to come to an agreement. Timing Having all items clean and ready for display at the time of consignment will help your items get to the sale floor quickly. All accepted items will be displayed for 90 days. After 90 days, the consignor has 10 days to call Gear Again and arrange a time to pick up any unsold items. All unsold items must be retrieved in 10 days. Gear Again will NOT be contacting the consignor. After 10 days all unsold items will become property of Gear Again LLC. Most of these items will be donated to Gear Again youth benefit sale. • All merchandise may be “put on sale” for a store-wide sale at any time. • Gear Again is not responsible for any stolen or damaged items. • Checks must be requested as Gear Again does NOT automatically send checks. After 12 months all uncollected funds will be transferred to store credit. After 24 months of account inactivity, all funds will be forfeited, and the account will be closed.
